The device uses LED lighting as the light source, allowing for long lifespan and energy efficiency while monitoring print registration. By opting for special LEDs, it is possible to monitor the alignment and unevenness of colorless transparent varnish, glue, and low-sensitivity inks with high-definition still images. The camera width is a minimum of 80 mm, making it particularly suitable for spaces with limited room or for retrofitting after replacement. It enables registration and color pattern monitoring of all web-based printed materials at the halftone level, contributing to improved print quality and reduced operator burden. All components used in the device are made in Japan, and maintenance costs after installation are kept to a minimum.
